Habit 6 Blog

Blog Entry due Sunday, January 4th at 12:00 noon. Syngergy requires creativity. Sometimes people abuse the privelege when allowed to be creative, so bosses or teachers put rules in place to prevent such abuse. However, those rules can often stifle or kill creativity and productivity. Name an instance in your life (school, home or work) where the rules in place have prevented you from being able to be creative or more productive and what harm this caused.

Habit 5 Question

On page 240, the author says there are 5 different levels of listening. Read over the types and determine which level you most often practice. Give an example of when you've used one of these types of listening.

Habit 4 Question

Your response to this blog is due by Sunday, December 7th at noon. Read the chapter on Habit 4 this week and be prepared for a discussion in the library in class either Thursday or Friday.
Look over the section on the 6 paradigms of human interaction on pages 206-210. Choose one of the paradigms and describe an episode/event in your life that illustrates that paradigm. This one might take you a while to think about! Be sure to mention which paradigm you're describing. I look forward to hearing from you all.
